We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our prestigious hotel. Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily hotel operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.
- Guest Services:
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive reviews.
- Implement and uphold quality standards for service and amenities.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
- Schedule and manage staff to meet operational requirements.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the hotel budget, ensuring profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and attract guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and hotel policies.
- Implement and oversee safety and security protocols.
- Address and resolve any issues related to legal or regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of hotel management software and financial management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
