We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our prestigious hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and optimizing hotel performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:
    • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily hotel operations.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.
  2. Guest Services:
    • Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
    • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive reviews.
    • Implement and uphold quality standards for service and amenities.
  3. Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
    • Schedule and manage staff to meet operational requirements.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the hotel budget, ensuring profitability.
    • Implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
    • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  5. Sales and Marketing:
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and attract guests.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions.
  6. Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and hotel policies.
    • Implement and oversee safety and security protocols.
    • Address and resolve any issues related to legal or regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of hotel management software and financial management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
