Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and implement strategies to increase banquet event bookings.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with event planners, catering services, and other relevant departments to plan and execute events.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and event timelines to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Update sales reports and track performance to meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field is required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and event management role.
• Experience in luxury or high-end venues is highly preferred, with an emphasis on managing
large-scale corporate events, weddings, and galas.
