Ferrigno Carlo appointed Hotel Manager
Ferrigno Carlo has been appointed Hotel Manager at Hotel Amigo, a Rocco Forte Hotel, effective January 2026. Based in Brussels, Belgium, he will oversee the overall hotel operations, guest experience, and performance of one of the group’s flagship luxury properties.
Carlo brings more than two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, with a career deeply rooted in Rocco Forte Hotels, where he has spent over ten years in progressively senior leadership roles. Prior to his appointment as Hotel Manager, he served as Director of Operations at Hotel Amigo from 2021 to early 2026, leading key divisions including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Engineering, while supporting strategic planning and operational excellence.
Earlier, he held the position of Director of Food & Beverage at Hotel Amigo for more than a decade, where he was responsible for budget development, cost control, concept planning, menu approvals, staff development, and service quality across all dining outlets and events. His tenure contributed significantly to maintaining the property’s strong reputation for culinary and service excellence.
Carlo’s background also includes hands-on operational roles such as Duty Manager, ensuring seamless guest experiences and hotel-wide coordination, as well as earlier leadership positions with NH Hotel Group in Brussels, covering Food & Beverage Management, MICE operations, and internal hospitality training.
In addition to his operational leadership, he is a certified Sommelier and long-standing member of the Worldwide Sommelier Association, with international recognition including being a semi-finalist for Best Sommelier of the World and receiving awards for innovation in the profession.
With extensive experience across hotel operations, food and beverage leadership, and guest-centric service, Ferrigno Carlo’s appointment marks a strong continuation of leadership at Hotel Amigo.
