AVENEW Development has signed an agreement with Hilton (NYSE: HLT) to open Waldorf Astoria Dubai Islands and Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Islands, bringing the iconic luxury brand to one of Dubai’s most anticipated coastal destinations.
The signing introduces the Waldorf Astoria brand to Dubai Islands, combining timeless luxury with world-renowned hospitality in a destination designed to balance refined residential living with signature hotel services. The development will deliver meticulously crafted living spaces that blend architectural excellence with functional elegance, creating a distinctive lifestyle offering aligned with global luxury standards.
A landmark hospitality and residential offering
Waldorf Astoria Dubai Islands will comprise 150 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites, supported by a curated collection of dining venues. These include a rooftop restaurant, all-day dining, a pool lounge, a specialty restaurant, a signature bar, and the brand’s celebrated Peacock Alley. Guests will also have access to a full suite of lifestyle amenities, including an outdoor pool, a dedicated children’s pool and club, a fitness studio, and a tranquil spa, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for exceptional service and sophisticated design.
Complementing the hotel, Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Islands will feature 120 branded residences, offering a limited collection of premium furnished apartments.
