Rodolphe Pialat Appointed Hotel Manager at Jumeirah Al Naseem
Rodolphe Pialat has been appointed Hotel Manager at Jumeirah Al Naseem, effective October 2025. Based in Dubai, he now leads operations at one of Jumeirah’s most prominent luxury beachfront properties within the Madinat Jumeirah complex.
Pialat brings more than seven years of experience with Jumeirah, underpinned by a strong background in luxury hotel operations, food and beverage leadership, and large-scale resort management. Prior to his current role, he served as Hotel Manager at Jumeirah Al Qasr, where he oversaw operations for two luxury properties — Jumeirah Al Qasr Resort and Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, Madinat Jumeirah, he was responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high operational and financial standards.
Before transitioning into hotel management, Pialat held the position of Director of Food & Beverage at Madinat Jumeirah, where he was an Executive Committee member and led F&B operations across 11 dining venues. His responsibilities included annual budgeting, CapEx planning, senior leadership recruitment, renovation projects and new openings, further strengthening his operational expertise in complex luxury environments.
Earlier in his career, Pialat spent over seven years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, holding senior F&B leadership roles across North America and Canada. As Director of Food & Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, California, he led multi-million-dollar renovation projects and collaborated on wellness-focused dining concepts. His experience also includes senior restaurant and outlet management roles at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, where his teams earned multiple service excellence accolades, including Forbes Five-Star and AAA Diamond recognition.
With a career spanning Europe, the Middle East, North America and island destinations, Rodolphe Pialat’s appointment reflects Jumeirah’s continued focus on experienced luxury leaders capable of driving operational excellence and guest-centric innovation.
