Islamabad’s travel network now offers a premium option with the launch of a luxury helicopter service connecting Islamabad to Nathiagali. The service dramatically reduces travel time for visitors to the Galyat region, turning a typical 2–3 hour road journey into a 30-minute scenic flight over valleys and forested hills.
Operated by Baron Aviation in collaboration with DoubleTree by Hilton Nathiagali, the service caters to high-end tourists and small private groups seeking a time-saving, exclusive travel experience. The one-hour round-trip package is priced at $1,050 USD per person and accommodates up to six passengers, making it a luxury alternative rather than a mass-market transport option.
Tourism experts highlight that services like this reflect the growing demand for experience-led travel, where the journey itself becomes a highlight. The helicopter service is also expected to enhance Pakistan’s adventure and destination tourism branding, offering premium access to one of the country’s most visited northern destinations.
DoubleTree by Hilton Nathiagali, known for its upscale mountain retreat, resort-style stay, and scenic trails, serves as the perfect gateway, while Baron Aviation continues to expand charter-style services prioritizing privacy, flexibility, and speed for niche travelers.
