Alice Harrington Joins Hyatt as Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Commercial Services, Americas
Alice Harrington has accepted the role of Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Commercial Services, Americas at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, based in New York, United States.
Harrington brings more than three decades of commercial leadership experience across global hospitality brands, with deep expertise in strategic sales management, corporate partnerships, and revenue growth across international markets.
She joins Hyatt after an extensive tenure with Marriott International, where she served as Vice President, Account Sales & National Group Sales from 2017 to 2025 in New York, overseeing large-scale corporate and group sales strategies across key markets.
Prior to Marriott, Harrington spent over ten years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, holding several senior leadership roles including Vice President, Global Corporate Sales; Global Corporate Sales Leader; and Managing Director, where she was responsible for strengthening corporate client portfolios and expanding global sales networks.
Earlier in her career, she held multiple senior sales leadership positions with W Hotels in New York, including Complex Director of Sales, Complex Director of Group Sales, and Director of Sales at W Union Square.
Harrington began her hospitality career with Doral Hotels, where she progressed through roles including FIT Coordinator, Account Manager, and International Sales Manager.
In her new role at Hyatt, Harrington will oversee commercial and global sales operations across the Americas, supporting the company’s continued strategic growth and market expansion in the region.
