Amit Sripathi Promoted as Chief Financial Officer at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has promoted Amit Sripathi to Chief Financial Officer.
Sripathi brings extensive experience in corporate development, capital markets, and global investment banking to the role. He most recently served as Chief Development Officer at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where he led the company’s North American franchise development organization, supporting owners in expanding across Wyndham’s portfolio of brands.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Strategic and Corporate Development, responsible for leading Wyndham’s global development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, property-level investments, and long-term growth strategy initiatives.
Prior to joining Wyndham, Sripathi served as Vice President, Finance and Capital Markets at RLJ Lodging Trust, providing strategic and financial leadership for the publicly traded lodging REIT. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years in Global Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank, specializing in real estate, gaming, lodging, and leisure transactions, where he executed more than $30 billion in equity and debt capital raises and M&A transactions.
He began his career with Verizon Business.
His promotion reflects Wyndham’s continued focus on disciplined financial management and strategic growth.
