Antonella Puglisi appointed General Manager at Pellicano Hotels
Antonella Puglisi has been appointed General Manager at Pellicano Hotels, bringing extensive international luxury hospitality leadership experience across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Pacific.
Puglisi most recently served as Managing Director of Capofaro Resort in Italy’s Aeolian Islands, where she led the property for nearly five years, overseeing strategic positioning, operational performance, and guest experience excellence.
Prior to that, she was General Manager at Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge in British Columbia, Canada, managing one of the region’s premier luxury wilderness resorts. Her background also includes consulting experience with ABConsulting in Germany and resort leadership roles at Song Saa Collective in Cambodia and Tavanipupu Private Island in the Solomon Islands, strengthening her expertise in remote luxury destinations and high-end experiential hospitality.
Earlier in her career, Puglisi spent nearly a decade with Capgemini as Managing Consultant before transitioning fully into the hospitality sector. She also completed a Master of International Hotel and Tourism Management at University of Queensland.
With strong capabilities in executive management, operational excellence, financial planning, and guest-focused service delivery, Puglisi brings a global leadership perspective to her new role with Pellicano Hotels.
