Daniel Worsley Promoted to Vice President, Hotel Operations at Atlantis The Royal
Daniel Worsley has been promoted to Vice President, Hotel Operations at Atlantis The Royal, part of Atlantis Resorts, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Worsley steps into the new leadership role following more than seven years of progressive operational leadership within the Atlantis portfolio, where he has held several senior positions across both Atlantis The Royal and Atlantis The Palm.
Prior to this promotion, he served as Executive Director, Hotel Operations. Earlier, he was Director of Rooms at Atlantis The Palm and played a key role in the pre-opening phase of Atlantis The Royal as Director of Rooms. He also held the position of Director, Resort Operations at Atlantis The Palm from 2019 to 2022, overseeing large-scale operational functions within the flagship integrated resort.
Before joining Atlantis, Worsley spent over nine years with The Star Entertainment Group in Sydney, Australia, where he progressed through multiple operational leadership roles including Executive Assistant Manager, Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Night Manager, and Front Desk Agent — building extensive experience in hotel and integrated resort operations.
He began his international hospitality career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, serving as Guest Service Agent and Concierge, gaining early exposure to luxury guest experience and service excellence standards.
In his new role at Atlantis The Royal, Worsley will oversee hotel operations strategy, service delivery, and operational performance as the ultra-luxury resort continues to strengthen its global positioning in Dubai’s competitive luxury hospitality market.
