Davis joined the U.S. Travel Association in 2023 as Executive Vice President, Business Strategy and Industry Engagement, bringing a proven track record of uniting industries and driving growth. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, Industry Engagement at Consumer Brands Association, where she built a strong community of industry CEOs, expanded membership, and developed educational offerings that increased revenue by 50% over three years.
Her prior experience includes leadership roles at the National Retail Federation, including President of the NRF Foundation and Senior Vice President, Research and Strategic Initiatives, where she led initiatives to shape the future of retail, launched the RISE Up training and credentialing program, and oversaw strategic, organization-wide projects in partnership with the CEO and Board. Earlier in her career, Davis held multiple strategic communications and media leadership positions, coining the term “Cyber Monday” while at NRF, and managed high-profile campaigns across media and trade events.
Davis’s promotion highlights her commitment to strategic vision, industry engagement, and leadership development, positioning the U.S. Travel Association for continued impact and growth in the global travel and tourism industry.
