Juliette Schwartz Appointed Hotel Manager at Jumeirah Beach Hotel
Juliette Schwartz has been appointed Hotel Manager at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, part of Jumeirah Group, effective January 2026. Based in Dubai, she will oversee hotel operations at one of the brand’s flagship beachfront properties, supporting operational excellence, guest experience and leadership performance.
Schwartz brings more than eight years of experience with Jumeirah, alongside a strong international background across luxury hospitality, hotel operations and commercial roles. Prior to this appointment, she served as Hotel Manager in Muscat, Oman, a role she held from January 2024 to January 2026. Before stepping into the hotel manager position, she was Executive Assistant Manager, where she played a key role in operational leadership, budgeting and business relationship management.
Earlier in her career, Schwartz built extensive commercial expertise with Rocco Forte Hotels, where she served as Global Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, managing key accounts and strengthening brand presence across European markets. She also held sales roles with Maybourne Hotel Group in London, progressing from Sales Co-ordinator to Sales Executive.
Her early professional journey includes marketing and management trainee roles with Romantik Hotels & Restaurants International in Germany and Renaissance Beijing Hotel (Marriott Corporation), where she was involved in food and beverage operations and guest relations during the Beijing Olympic Games.
With a career that spans sales, marketing, operations and senior hotel leadership across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Juliette Schwartz’s appointment reflects Jumeirah’s focus on globally experienced leaders to drive performance at its iconic properties.
