Loay Nour has joined Kempinski Hotels as Global Vice President of Brand & Marketing, assuming the role in January 2026. Based in the United Arab Emirates, he will lead Kempinski’s global brand positioning, marketing strategy, and communications across its international luxury portfolio.
Nour brings more than 15 years of senior brand and marketing leadership experience across some of the world’s most prestigious luxury hospitality groups. Prior to joining Kempinski, he served as Vice President, Brand & Marketing at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts from 2023 to 2025, where he was responsible for shaping Fairmont’s global brand strategy and marketing direction. During this period, he supported major brand milestones and high-profile developments, including Fairmont Tokyo, Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit, and Fairmont Manchester San Diego, further strengthening Fairmont’s global luxury footprint.
Earlier, Nour held multiple senior leadership roles within Accor, most recently as Vice President of Marketing for India, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. In this capacity, he oversaw regional brand marketing activities for Accor’s luxury and premium portfolio, including Raffles, Fairmont, Banyan Tree, and Sofitel, while also leading brand positioning and marketing strategies for new property openings across key growth markets. He previously served as Regional Director of Marketing, Middle East & Africa, with direct oversight of Accor’s luxury brands across the region.
Before joining Accor, Nour spent over a decade with Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, progressing through a series of senior marketing and communications roles. These included Cluster Director of Marketing, Director of Marketing & Public Relations at flagship properties such as Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Wild Wadi Waterpark, and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, as well as earlier roles in global partnerships, loyalty marketing, and market intelligence. His tenure at Jumeirah was marked by extensive involvement in brand-building, destination marketing, and major pre-opening projects.
With a career spanning global luxury brands, regional portfolios, and landmark destinations, Nour’s appointment reflects Kempinski’s continued focus on strengthening its global brand narrative and reinforcing its position in the international luxury hospitality landscape.
