Mirko Cattini has been appointed General Manager of the highly anticipated Mandarin Oriental, Rome.
Cattini brings extensive international luxury hospitality experience spanning Europe and Asia. Prior to this appointment, he served as General Manager at Hotel Eden, Rome, where he led one of the city’s most renowned luxury hotels.
He also previously held the roles of Hotel Manager at The Dorchester in London and Hotel Manager at Corinthia Hotel London. His earlier experience includes several senior food and beverage leadership positions with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in Singapore, the Philippines, and Thailand.
Cattini began his hospitality career in food and beverage management, holding positions with The Berkeley Hotel in London and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces in Mumbai, building a strong foundation in luxury hospitality operations and guest experience.
His appointment reflects Mandarin Oriental’s commitment to experienced leadership as it prepares to introduce its highly anticipated luxury property in Rome.
