Sherine Zineldin appointed Cluster Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy
Sherine Zineldin has taken on a new role as Cluster Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy at Accor. In this position, she will lead integrated marketing, branding, and digital strategy initiatives across the cluster, supporting Accor’s growth, brand positioning, and commercial performance in the region.
Zineldin brings more than two decades of experience in hospitality marketing, communications, and digital strategy, with a career deeply rooted in the Accor ecosystem, particularly with Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Egypt. Before her appointment, she served as Director of E-Commerce, Marketing & Communications at Mövenpick Resort El Quseir, where she was responsible for driving digital performance, marketing strategy, and communications for the resort, aligning commercial objectives with brand standards and guest engagement goals.
Earlier, Zineldin held the role of Marketing & Communications Manager Egypt at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts for over seven years, overseeing national-level marketing and communications activities across the country. She also served in Branding & Marketing Communication Support roles within Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, as well as PA to the Senior Vice President – Africa, gaining broad exposure to regional strategy, executive coordination, and brand governance across the African portfolio.
Zineldin’s early professional experience includes an Office Manager role at Marietta International, which contributed to her strong organizational, coordination, and administrative foundation.
Her appointment as Cluster Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy reflects Accor’s continued focus on strengthening digital capabilities, cohesive brand storytelling, and data-driven marketing leadership across its portfolio.
