Radisson Hotel Group, in partnership with BNW Developments, has announced the signing of Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central and Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central. The mixed-use hospitality development is scheduled to open in 2029 and will expand the Group’s presence in Ras Al Khaimah.
The project will be located within RAK Central, a planned mixed-use district positioned as a future financial hub for the emirate. The wider development spans 3.1 million sq ft and will integrate commercial, residential, financial and recreational components. The site is close to Al Marjan Island and Al Hamra Village and is connected to the E11 highway, providing access across the UAE.

Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central will feature 361 keys with five food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces and leisure facilities. The adjacent Radisson Blu Residences will include 222 branded homes with access to hotel services.
