Kai Dieckmann has been appointed General Manager of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island.
Dieckmann brings extensive international luxury hospitality experience, with a career spanning leading resorts and hotels across Europe, the Caribbean, and Asia. In his new role, he will oversee operations at the upcoming Four Seasons property within Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea destination, one of the region’s most ambitious luxury tourism developments.
Prior to this appointment, he served as General Manager at Regent Porto Montenegro, where he led operations at the luxury waterfront property catering to the international yachting and luxury travel market. Earlier, he held the role of Resident Manager at Sandy Lane in Barbados, one of the Caribbean’s most renowned luxury resorts.
His experience also includes senior leadership roles with Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas and Soneva in Thailand, where he managed luxury island resort operations and guest experiences. Earlier in his career, he held operational leadership positions at Grand Hotel Park Gstaad in Switzerland, St. James’s Hotel and Club in London, and several luxury hospitality properties across Germany and France.
Dieckmann began his hospitality journey through operational and management training roles at renowned luxury hotels including Brenners Park Hotel & Spa and Althoff Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg, building a strong foundation in luxury hotel management and guest service.
His appointment reflects Four Seasons’ continued focus on experienced global leadership to support the growth of luxury hospitality offerings within Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea destination.
