The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore Appoints Saif Ali Siddiqui as New Hotel Manager
Siddiqui brings extensive international luxury hospitality experience, particularly in food and beverage leadership across Asia and the Middle East. Prior to this appointment, he served as Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An in Vietnam, where he led the division’s operational and commercial performance.
He also previously held the role of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore and Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, overseeing large-scale food and beverage operations, guest experience, profitability, and team development. Earlier in his career, he served in senior food and beverage leadership roles with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in Taiwan and Dubai.
His experience with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts also includes roles in Japan, Singapore, and the Maldives, where he held positions ranging from Outlets Manager and Restaurant Manager to Learning Manager and regional training responsibilities across the Asia Pacific region. His hospitality career spans operational leadership, luxury dining concepts, learning and development, and guest experience management.
His appointment reflects The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore’s continued focus on experienced leadership to strengthen operations and elevate luxury guest experiences.
