Eugenia Dwyer, LCAM, has been named Residences General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Singer Island, Palm Beach.
Dwyer brings extensive luxury hospitality and residential management experience spanning more than two decades. Prior to this appointment, she served as General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami, where she oversaw operations at one of the brand’s premier luxury properties.
She also previously held the role of Opening General Manager at The Elser Hotel and Residences Miami and served as General Manager of Eden Roc & Nobu Hotel Miami Beach. Her earlier experience includes leadership positions with Highgate, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton across several renowned hospitality properties in Florida and New York.
Dwyer began her career in guest services and hotel operations, progressing through a variety of leadership roles that helped build a strong foundation in luxury hospitality, residential operations, and guest experience.
Her appointment reflects The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Singer Island, Palm Beach’s commitment to experienced leadership and exceptional service for residents and guests alike.
