Barbara Göttling has been appointed General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Munich.
Göttling brings over 20 years of international luxury hospitality experience. Prior to this appointment, she served as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Prague, having joined Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2024.
Before joining Mandarin Oriental, she served as General Manager at Park Hyatt Vienna, where she oversaw one of Austria’s leading luxury hotels. She also previously held the role of Executive Assistant Manager Operations at Park Hyatt Vienna and served as Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for Park Hyatt Vienna and Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere.
Her earlier experience includes several leadership positions in sales, marketing, and hotel operations at Park Hyatt Vienna, Sofitel Vienna Stephansdom, Grand Hyatt Berlin, and Palais Coburg Residenz, building a strong foundation in luxury hospitality management and guest experience.
Her appointment reflects Mandarin Oriental’s commitment to experienced leadership to further strengthen its luxury hospitality offerings in Munich.
