Adrian Stoppe has been named General Manager of Conrad Dubai, part of Hilton.
Stoppe brings over two decades of international hospitality experience, with a strong track record in leading luxury and upscale hotel operations across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the United States. Prior to this role, he served as General Manager at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, where he oversaw operations at one of the region’s premier luxury resorts.
Earlier in his career, he held multiple General Manager positions with Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas, including at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort in Abu Dhabi and Anantara Si Kao Resort in Thailand, as well as a cluster leadership role in the Maldives overseeing multiple high-end island resorts.
Stoppe also spent several years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where he advanced through senior operational roles including General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager. His early career was rooted in food and beverage leadership with InterContinental Hotels Group, building a strong foundation in hotel operations and guest experience.
His appointment reflects Hilton’s continued focus on experienced leadership to drive operational excellence and strengthen its luxury portfolio in key global destinations.
