Luca Allegri has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Luxury Hotel Partners.
Allegri brings extensive international experience in luxury hospitality leadership. In addition to his new role, he continues to serve as Président of Le Bristol Paris, a position he has held since 2016, overseeing one of Paris’s most prestigious palace hotels.
Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of Hotels, Restaurants and Spas at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, where he was responsible for a portfolio comprising multiple luxury hotels, spas, and restaurants. During his tenure, he played a key role in enhancing operational performance, driving revenue growth, and strengthening the group’s luxury positioning, including achieving significant improvements in RevPAR and expanding its Michelin-starred dining portfolio.
He also served as General Manager of Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, where he oversaw one of Monaco’s flagship luxury properties, including leading a major multi-year renovation project. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, including General Manager positions at Four Seasons Hotel Sharm El Sheikh and Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo Nile Plaza.
His experience further includes leadership roles at Hôtel Plaza Athénée Paris and Four Seasons Hotel George V, where he built a strong foundation in luxury hotel operations, particularly in food and beverage and guest experience.
His appointment reflects Luxury Hotel Partners’ commitment to strengthening its leadership with seasoned expertise in the global luxury hospitality sector.
