Dorchester Collection has announced the appointment of Tristan Delaittre Vichnievsky as General Manager of Hotel Eden, Rome, effective October 1, 2026.
Vichnievsky brings more than two decades of international hospitality experience, with a career spanning luxury hotels, food and beverage operations, finance, revenue management, and hotel and restaurant openings across France, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.
Prior to his new appointment, he served as Corporate Director of Food & Beverage at Dorchester Collection, a position he has held since January 2024. In this role, he has contributed to the group’s food and beverage operations at a corporate level.
Before joining Dorchester Collection, Vichnievsky was Director of Food & Beverage at Hôtel Le Meurice in Paris, where he was a member of the executive committee and oversaw the property’s food and beverage operations, including its restaurants, bar, in-room dining, banqueting, and pastry shop.
His earlier career includes several leadership roles at Ritz Paris, including Room Service Director and Ritz Bar Manager. He also served as Director of Operations at Ristorante Del Cambio in Turin, where he was involved in the reopening of the historic restaurant and Bar Cavour. Earlier positions included roles in hotel management, finance, revenue management, and operations at properties including Hilton Brussels, Accor Hotels, and Hôtel du Maine.
With experience across multiple areas of luxury hospitality, Vichnievsky now takes on the leadership of Hotel Eden, Rome, one of Dorchester Collection’s properties in Italy.
