Andrew Moore has been appointed as Managing Director of Rosewood Phnom Penh.
Bringing nearly two decades of international luxury hospitality experience, Moore has built an accomplished career across Asia, Europe, and North America, with expertise in hotel operations, commercial strategy, revenue growth, guest experience, and executive leadership.
Prior to this appointment, Moore served as General Manager of Waldorf Astoria Osaka, where he led the opening and operations of Hilton’s luxury flagship in Japan. Before that, he was General Manager of Conrad Dublin, having previously served as Hotel Manager at Conrad Seoul. Across these executive leadership roles, he successfully managed luxury hotels, large teams, extensive meeting and event facilities, and world-class food and beverage operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences and commercial performance.
Earlier in his career with Hilton, Moore held several senior commercial leadership positions, including Commercial Director at Conrad Seoul and Hilton Beijing, as well as Cluster Commercial Director for Hilton Belfast and Hilton Templepatrick Golf and Country Club. He also served as Cluster Senior Group Conference & Events Sales Manager across Hilton’s Central London portfolio, strengthening his expertise in revenue management, sales strategy, and business development for multiple properties.
Moore began his hospitality career in operational leadership at The Westin Vancouver as Front of House Manager before joining Conrad Dublin as Reservations Manager. He subsequently progressed through conference and events sales, commercial leadership, hotel management, and general management roles across Hilton’s global portfolio. His career reflects a steady progression built on operational excellence, commercial acumen, and people-focused leadership, making him one of the hospitality industry’s respected international executives.
