Thomas Pavlik has been promoted to Vice President of Operations at Pyramid Global Hospitality, where he will oversee operations across the company’s Benchmark and Pyramid Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio.
Pavlik steps into the role after serving as Area Managing Director for Hotel Murano and Hotel Max, following his tenure as Area General Manager overseeing Hotel Murano, Hotel Theodore, and Hotel Max under Pyramid Global Hospitality.
Before joining Pyramid, he spent nearly eight years with Provenance Hotels, progressing from General Manager of Hotel Murano to Regional General Manager, leading multiple properties across the Pacific Northwest.
His hospitality career also includes more than nine years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he held senior operational leadership roles at renowned properties including W New Orleans, Le Méridien New Orleans, Westin Book Cadillac Detroit, and Westin Gaslamp Quarter San Diego. Earlier, he gained foundational leadership experience with Hilton, serving in management positions at Hilton Anaheim and Hilton San Diego Resort Mission Bay.
With more than two decades of operational leadership across luxury, lifestyle, and full-service hotels, Pavlik brings extensive expertise in multi-property management, guest experience, team leadership, and operational excellence to his new executive position.
