Saliba brings extensive leadership experience within Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, with a career spanning nearly 15 years across key luxury properties in Dubai. Prior to this appointment, he served as General Manager of Jumeirah Al Naseem, where he oversaw operations at one of the group’s flagship beachfront resorts.
He previously held General Manager roles at Jumeirah Mina A’Salam, Jumeirah Al Qasr, and Dar Al Masyaf, managing multiple high-end properties within the Madinat Jumeirah complex. His earlier roles include Hotel Manager positions across Al Qasr, Dar Al Masyaf, and Mina A’Salam, as well as Resident Manager and senior rooms division leadership roles at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
Saliba began his career with Kempinski Hotels as Front Office Manager, building a strong operational foundation in rooms division and guest services before progressing into senior leadership roles within Jumeirah.
His appointment reflects Jumeirah’s continued focus on experienced internal leadership to spearhead the launch and operations of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, one of Dubai’s most anticipated luxury hospitality developments.
