Miami is about to welcome one of its most ambitious residential concepts yet, as 619 Brickell rises as the city’s first-ever Nobu-branded residences, pairing a 75-story, 296-unit tower with a $25 million investment in longevity, biohacking, and hospitality-driven living.
Positioned along Biscayne Bay in one of Brickell’s most walkable pockets, the tower is designed by Foster + Partners and developed by 13th Floor Investments in partnership with Key International, who are also leading sales. The architecture introduces five twisting cassettes, carefully oriented to maximize water views, giving each residence a strong connection to the bay while shaping a distinctive new presence on the skyline.
At its core, 619 Brickell is built around a new definition of “living well,” anchored by a full-scale Nobu Wellness & Longevity Spa that goes far beyond traditional fitness and spa offerings. Residents will have access to cryotherapy chambers, hyperbaric oxygen suites, IV and peptide therapy lounges, ozone therapy, and dedicated physical therapy spaces, creating a highly specialized wellness ecosystem rarely seen in residential development.
That wellness focus is paired with a fully integrated hospitality experience led by Nobu Hospitality. Dining becomes a central part of daily life, with a private, residents-only Nobu restaurant on the 11th floor, a dedicated private dining room within the ground-floor Nobu restaurant, and a resident-exclusive café and bar overlooking the bay. In-residence dining and private chef services further extend the brand’s signature experience into each home.
The broader amenity program spans more than 90,000 square feet across indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a layered lifestyle environment that blends wellness, recreation, and social spaces. Four distinct pools—including an 86-foot sunset pool, hot and cold plunge pools, a saltwater rejuvenation pool, and a lap pool with an outdoor spa garden—anchor the outdoor experience, while padel courts, sports simulators, and game rooms bring a more active, social dimension to the property.
Residences are designed as private sanctuaries in the sky, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive wraparound terraces, and interiors that emphasize clean lines and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The collection ranges from one- to four-bedroom homes, along with sky villas and penthouses, offering a wide spectrum of layouts tailored to both full-time residents and global buyers.
Pricing is expected to start around $3 million, with top-tier residences reaching up to $60 million, positioning 619 Brickell among the most exclusive new developments in Miami’s rapidly evolving luxury market.
