Jad Germanos has been appointed as General Manager of Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC.
Germanos brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in food and beverage operations and hotel management across the Middle East. Prior to this role, he served as Director of Operations at Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Center, where he oversaw hotel performance and operational efficiency in a large-scale convention property.
He also held a Task Force General Manager role at voco Jeddah Gate, demonstrating his capability to lead properties during critical operational phases. Earlier in his career, Germanos spent several years in senior food and beverage leadership roles with InterContinental Hotels Group and Rotana Hotel Management Corporation, including positions at InterContinental Amman, Amman Rotana, and Crowne Plaza Muscat.
His career progression from restaurant operations to executive leadership reflects deep operational expertise and a strong understanding of guest experience, revenue generation, and team leadership across diverse markets.
His appointment highlights continued leadership strength within the region’s hospitality sector and reinforces the focus on operational excellence and service delivery.
