Mohammed Albasha has been appointed as Director of Culinary at Adeera Hospitality, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company in Saudi Arabia.

Albasha brings extensive experience in culinary operations, having built his career across leading luxury hospitality brands and high-end dining establishments. Prior to this role, he served as Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh, where he played a key role in delivering premium culinary experiences and maintaining high operational standards.

He previously held the position of Executive Chef at Mayyar United, where he led kitchen operations, including pre-opening initiatives and menu development. His earlier experience also includes roles at ZUMA Restaurants in Dubai and working under Michelin-starred chef José Andrés at The Bazaar, gaining strong exposure to international culinary techniques and high-volume kitchen operations.

Throughout his career, Albasha has developed expertise in menu innovation, team leadership, food safety standards, and delivering consistent, high-quality dining experiences.

His appointment reflects Adeera Hospitality’s commitment to strengthening its culinary leadership and enhancing its food and beverage offerings across its growing portfolio.
